Returns & Refunds policy

1. Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel a service before any work has started (no documents reviewed, no draft prepared, no application initiated), you are eligible for a full refund of the advance paid, minus any payment gateway charges already deducted.

2. Cancellation after work has started

If work has already begun — such as document review, return preparation, or an application submitted to a government portal — the fee for the effort already completed is non-refundable. Any remaining unused portion of an advance payment will be refunded.

3. Government/statutory fees

Government fees, stamp duty, and other statutory charges paid on your behalf to a government portal are non-refundable once submitted, as these are collected by the relevant authority and not by Fintax Sahyog.

4. Errors on our part

If a filing error occurs due to a mistake by Fintax Sahyog, we will correct the filing at no additional professional charge. This does not extend to errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

Send a written request to support@fintaxsahyog.com or message us on +91 70016 56814, mentioning your service and payment details. We aim to process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
